Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete as well as an IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. In the wake of quitting her childhood career in gymnastics Ariel started competing in fitness shows aged 16. She was just 17 when she earned her Pro Card. Ariel Khadr has been a paid athlete of IFBB Fitness Pro and is modeling. She began competing in fitness competitions after quitting the gymnastics she had been doing in her youth. In the year 17, she received her Professional Card within a year. She was the oldest IFBB Pro ever. Ariel had a six-year break from stage life after obtaining Pro-Card to finish her university studies. In 2015 continued her earlier efforts. In the past, she took part in elite competitions like Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. The contest continued after her first show for a few years, setting bigger targets each year. In 2009, she had won the titles of four other fitness contests. In addition, she was one of the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro of all in history (age 17) when she won in 2009 the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. When she earned her Pro Card, Ariel went on a hiatus of six years from competition to finish her college degree. After earning her Professional IFBB Fitness Card Ariel returned to the sport with a bang during Phoenix Europa Games 2015. Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. In the end, she finished 3rd at the show. In the summer of 2016, she took first place at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. It qualified her to compete in to compete in the Fitness Olympia. She walked out on stage a month later, and came home with sixth place in the Fitness Division. Ariel, who had absolutely no expectations when she entered she was thrilled with her performance. It's no surprise that she did so well considering the competition. Ariel is always improving each year. Ariel's most favorite part of her body to train includes her lower back. Ariel's typical back exercise consists of lat pulldowns with a single arm and pullups using a machine, and bent-over rows. The first step is warming up before progressing to her working sets. Ariel also Ariel is known to make use of her time as efficiently as is possible. Supersetting all of the back exercises into three or four 10-12 repetition supersets is exactly what she is doing.
